Studio Rentals

PSP is available for rehearsal, individual practice, teaching, performances, and more. Pianos are professionally tuned and maintained by Farley’s House of Pianos.

The main studio is approximately 19’ by 24’, with large windows. Equipment includes a Yamaha C3 6-foot Conservatory grand piano, Pearl Export drum set with cymbals, Yamaha P90 digital piano with Roland KC350 keyboard amp, Kawai 803-I upright piano, metronome, and music stands.  There is plenty of space for group classes and rehearsals.

Our back studio has a D.H. Baldwin 5-foot grand piano, mirror, and metronome and is suitable for teaching private lessons, individual practice or small rehearsals.

Rates

Main studio:

  • Base rate: $14/hour

  • 3+ hours per week: $12/hour

Back studio (D.H. Baldwin):

  • Base rate: $12/hour

  • 3+ hours per week: $10/hour

Packages:

  • $145 for 20 hours, purchased in advance

  • $160 for 25 hours, purchased in advance

  • Access to either studio, depending on availability

*Recurring rentals are conditionally available during core instructional hours (3PM-8PM Mon.- Thurs., 3PM-6PM Fri., 9AM-4PM Sat., 12PM-4PM Sun.). Rentals scheduled during these times may be rescheduled, with 7 days’ advance notice. Every effort will be made to accommodate the renter’s desired schedule.
